Common questions
What counts as one check?
One verification that reaches a result, approved or declined. If a user retakes a blurry photo inside the same verification, that is still one check. Links that expire unfinished are not billed.
Do unused checks roll over?
No. The 50 included checks reset at the start of each billing month.
Is test mode free?
Yes. Test keys run the full flow so you can build and test your integration, and they are never billed.
How do I pay?
By card, monthly. Extra checks are added to the next month's invoice.
Can I cancel?
Any time from your dashboard. Your membership runs until the end of the month you have paid for.
Do you offer volume pricing?
If you expect more than 5,000 checks a month, tell us and we will quote a lower rate.
